Apple Brunch Bake
Ingredients
- 100 g Apple Purée
- 165 g IQF Granny Smith Apples, ½”x ½”
- 168 g bacon bits
- 26 g sugar
- 16 g all-purpose flour
- 180 g Original Bisquick
- 368 g milk
- 200 g eggs
- 450 g Cheddar cheese, shredded (8 oz.)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Grease a 11” x 7” x 1½” baking dish.
Mix apple, sugar and flour; spread in baking dish. Stir Bisquick, milk and eggs until blended; pour over apples. Sprinkle with bacon and cheese.
Bake uncovered 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve immediately.
