Apple Cheesecake
Ingredients
Crust
- 54 g Tree Top Dried Apple Powder
- 250 g Graham Cracker crumbs
- 114 g butter, melted
- 1 g cinnamon
- 50 g sugar
Filling
- 50 g Tree Top Apple Purée
- 220 g IQF Apples
- 50 g sugar
- 230 g cream
- 4.30 g vanilla
- 150 g sugar
- 15.30 g flour
- 2.30 g cinnamon
- 454 g cream cheese, softened
Directions
Crust:
Grease sides of 9-inch springform pan. Combine all ingredients and press into bottom pan
Filling:
Place eggs and 150 g sugar into bowl of mixer and beat on medium until it begins to thicken. Add sour cream, vanilla, 150 g sugar, flour and cream cheese (gradually). Add cinnamon and mix thoroughly.
Toss IQF apples with a bit of flour (about 15.62 g) and add to mix by hand. Pour into prepared crust and bake at 325 F until done, about 45 minutes. Cool on a wire rack.
