Apple Citrus Jamaican Jerk Sauce
Ingredients
- 1/8 cup Tree Top Tangerine Bar Base
- 1/8 cup Northwest Naturals Citrus Juice Concentrate WONF
- 55 g IQF Apple Chunks
- 7.80 g plus 2.60 g allspice
- 12 g plus 4 g nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon coriander
- 6 g cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 6 g salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayanne pepper
- 2 tablespoons spice mix
- 29.60 g water
Directions
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil and turn off heat. Can add lime juice, vinegar or white wine to create a marinade.
