Apple Sauce Custard Pie
- 298 g Tree Top Apple Sauce
- 1 pastry for 9” pie crust
- 97 g granulated sugar
- 3 g cinnamon
- 150 g eggs, beaten
- 1.90 g salt
- 117 g skim milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 F.
Line pie dish with pastry. Stir sugar into apple sauce in a medium bowl. Add cinnamon. Beat eggs well; add to apple sauce. Stir in salt and milk. Mix until well blended. Pour into crust. Bake for 10 minutes at 450 F. Reduce heat to 350 F and cook about 35 minutes. Cool before cutting.
