Apple Sausage
Ingredients
- 108.80 g Tree Top JLS Dry Flake Powder
- 120 g Tree Top Evaporated Apples, 1/8″ x 1/8″ Chip
- 1.13 kg ground dark turkey meat
- 680.40 g ground turkey breast meat
- 226 g ground pork loin
- 948 g water
- 28.35 g spice blend
Directions
In medium bowl, combine JLS, evaporated apples, spice blend and water. Mix well.
In large bowl, combine meat with other ingredients and mix thoroughly. Separate mixture into 2 ounce patties and brown over medium heat.
