Apple Sausage Patties
Ingredients
- 109 g Tree Top Low Moisture or Evaporated Apple Granules
- 1 lb. lean bulk sausage
- 25 g soft breadcrumbs
- 50 g egg, beaten
Directions
Combine sausage and apple. Mix breadcrumbs with beaten egg and add to sausage mixture. Shape into 6 rather flat patties. Start in cold frying pan and cook slowly for about 30 minutes. Turn often until brown on both sides. Pour off fat occasionally.
Makes 6 servings.
