Apple Snicker Doodles
Ingredients
- 19 g Tree Top Apple Powder
- 252 g sugar
- 45 g water
- 2.50 g vanilla
- 100 g egg
- 385 g all-purpose flour
- 4.50 g cream of tartar
- 2.30 g baking soda
- 1.40 g salt
- 2 g sugar
- 4 g cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
In a large bowl, beat sugar and water to a slurry. Add vanilla and eggs; blend well. Add flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, salt and apple powder; mix well. In small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls; roll in sugar/cinnamon mixture. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 8 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
