Blueberry Bread

- 52 g Tree Top Low Moisture Apple Nuggets – Blueberry Colored and Flavored
- 123 g Tree Top Cinnamon Apple Sauce
- 312 g all-purpose flour
- 11 g baking powder
- 1 g cinnamon
- 1.5 g salt
- 200 g granulated sugar
- 113 g butter, softened
- 9 g vanilla
- 100 g eggs
- 163 g buttermilk
Topping
- 73 g firmly packed light brown sugar
- 27 g old-fashioned rolled oats
- 5 g all-purpose flour
- 0.60 g ground cinnamon
- 28 g chilled butter, cut into small pieces
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease a 9″x5″ loaf pan. Dust with flour; tap out excess.
Mix together flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Set aside.
Beat together sugar, butter, applesauce and vanilla at medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. At low speed, alternately beat flour mixture and milk into butter mixture. Fold in Blueberry Fruit Sensations®.
Spoon batter into prepared pan; smooth top.
To prepare topping, mix together brown sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon. Using a pastry blender, cut butter into sugar mixture until course crumbs form. Sprinkle topping evenly over batter.
Bake loaf until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 1 hour 10 minutes. Transfer pan to a wire rack to cool slightly. Loosen loaf by running a metal spatula around sides of pan. Turn out onto rack to cool completely.
