Chilled Strawberry Soup
Ingredients
- 420 g Tree Top Strawberry Diced Fruit Base (506789)
- 82 g ginger ale
- 34 g half and half milk
- 67 g sugar
- 14.20 g lemon juice
- 2.50 g vanilla
- 240 g sour cream
Directions
Place strawberry fruit base in a food processor; cover and processed until pureed. Add the ginger ale, milk, sugar, lemon juice and vanilla; cover and process until blended.
Pour into a large bowl; whisk in the sour cream until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until soup is thoroughly chilled, about 2 hours.
Yield: 4 servings.
