Moroccan Couscous
Ingredients
- 2½ cups Tree Top Fresh or Frozen Apple Chunks
- 711 g water
- 1 1/2 cups Couscous
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 12 g lemon juice
- 108 g olive oil
- 1/3 cup pine nuts
- 1/3 cup dried currants
- 55 g golden raisins
- zest of one lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil. Add couscous and stir. Remove from heat and cover. Let sit for 5 minutes. Fluff with work. Combine all other ingredients and toss with couscous.
