Sour Cream Apple Pie
Ingredients
- 309 g Tree Top Apples (LM, Evap or Frozen)
- 206 g sour cream
- 17 g all-purpose flour
- 2.50 g vanilla
- 126 g sugar
- 1.50 g salt
- 50 g egg
Topping: (optional)
- 93 g brown sugar
- 48 g all-purpose flour
- 54 g butter
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and egg. Add apples. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake for 25 minutes.
Mix topping ingredients; sprinkle over top of pie and bake 20 minutes longer.
Serves 8.
