Spanish Citrus Rice
Ingredients
- 25 g Tree Top Evaporated Apples 3/8″ x 3/8″ x 3/8″, SO2 Alternative
- 2 g Tree Top 12 Mesh Non-sulfured Apple Flake Powder
- 110 g precooked long grain rice
- 45 g garbanzo beans
- 2 g sea salt
- 0.20 g dried lemon flavor
- 0.60 g dried basil
- 0.25 g dried thyme
- 0.35 g pasilla chile powder
- 0.35 g ground cumin
- 0.50 g parsley flavor
- 1 g dried parsley
- 0.20 g apple flavor
- 3 g chicken base powder
- 0.70 g black pepper
- 5 g dehydrated olives
- 2 g dehydrated onion
- 0.50 g toasted minced garlic
- 0.50 g silicon dioxide
- 5 g dehydrated carrot
- 2 g red bell peppers
- 0.75 g dried orange granules
- 0.20 g dried orange flavor
- 2.50 g chicken broth powder
Directions
Bring 533 g water, apple rice mix and 27 g olive or canola oil (optional) to a boil . Cover; reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15 minutes. Fluff rice and let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
