Spicy Cherry Relish (beef)
Ingredients
- 220 g Tree Top IQF DS Cherries, thawed
- 13.50 g olive oil
- 100 g onion, chopped
- 160 g cherry jam
- 30 g balsamic vinegar
- 1.50 g pumpkin pie spice
- 3 g kosher salt
Directions
Over medium heat, warm the olive oil. Add the chopped onion and cook, stirring, one minute. Add remaining ingredients and simmer until thick. Serve over grilled steak
