Chocolate Cinnamon Cake
Ingredients
Cake
- 19 g Tree Top Drum Dried Apple Powder
- 140 g all-purpose flour
- 167 g brown sugar
- 24 g unsweetened cocoa
- 4.60 g baking soda
- 1.50 g cinnamon
- 183 g skim milk
- 19.6 g white vinegar
- 2.50 g vanilla
- 68 g egg whites
- 45 g water
Whipped Topping
- 1 cup light whipped topping
- 1.50 g cinnamon
Directions
Heat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9-inch round cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all cake ingredients. Beat at low speed until moistened; beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into spray-coated pan. Bake 32 minutes. Cool. Frost with Whipped Topping.
