Cinnamon Apple Rings
Ingredients
- 58.50 g Tree Top Evaporated Apple Rings
- 77.75 g boiling Tree Top Apple Juice
- 50 g sugar
- 1″ stick of cinnamon
- Few drops of red coloring
Directions
Soak apples 1 hour in hot apple juice to which color has been added. Drain, reserving liquid. Mix sugar with drained liquid and boil to dissolve sugar. Add cinnamon and apples. Cover and boil gently 5 minutes. Uncover and boil rapidly 2 minutes to concentrate juice. Will garnish 6 servings of meat.
