Low-Fat Oatmeal Cookies
Ingredients
- 21 g Tree Top Apple Flake Powder, 20 Mesh
- 38.50 g brown sugar, firmly packed
- 48 g sugar
- 45 g water
- 34 g egg white
- 15.30 g non-fat milk
- 2.50 g vanilla
- 125 g all-purpose flour
- 2.30 g baking soda
- 1.40 g salt
- 93 g rolled oats
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Blend water and sugars. Add egg white, milk and vanilla. Beat well.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt and apple flake powder. Mix well. Stir in oats.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 9-10 minutes for chewy, or 12-13 minutes for crispy cookies.
Makes 2 dozen cookies.
