Vanilla Apple-Banana Bread
Ingredients
- 146 g Tree Top Apple Puree
- 320 g all-purpose flour
- 251 g sugar
- 2 pkgs. (3.4 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
- 5.75 g soda
- 9 g salt
- 3 g cinnamon
- 250 g eggs
- 49.8 g mashed banana
- 218 g Canola oil
- 2.5 g vanilla
- 100 g nuts (optional)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 F. Grease two loaf pans.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, pudding mix, soda, salt and cinnamon.
In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs, banana, oil and vanilla. Stir into the dry ingredients until just moistened. Stir in nuts.
Bake in two (2) 8″x 4″ loaf pans for 55 – 65 minutes, or until toothpick inserted into middle of loaf comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans. Continue cooling on wire racks.
