High Protein Breakfast Rounds
Ingredients
- 85 g Tree Top Infused 1/4″ x 1/4″ x 1/4″ Apple Dices (Hydrated with 39.50 g Tree Top Apple Juice Concentrate reconstituted with 197.50 g water)
- 162 g Tree Top Pear Juice Concentrate
- 151 g margarine or butter (softened)
- 73 g brown sugar, firmly packed
- 50 g egg
- 4.20 g vanilla
- 2.30 g baking powder
- 3 g salt
- 1 g cinnamon
- 94 g flour
- 120 g quick oatmeal
- 6 g baked apple flavor
- 63 g chopped walnuts
- 169 g shredded mild cheddar cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F.
Cream butter and sugar together. Thoroughly mix in egg, vanilla and pear concentrate. Stir in flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and baked apple flavor. Add oatmeal, cheese, apples and walnuts. Drop spoonfuls of mixture onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake for 12-15 minutes.
