Mango Curry Sauce
Ingredients
- 906 g Tree Top Mango Puree
- 21 g Tree Top Pear Juice Concentrate reconstituted with 89 g water
- 240 g low-fat sour cream
- 59 g White Balsamic vinegar
- 18.40 g curry powder
- 18.40 g garlic salt
- 2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions
Place all ingredients in a medium bowl. Whisk well just before serving.
