Pecan Apple Sauce Bread
Ingredients
- 298 g Tree Top Natural Apple Sauce
- 114 g butter
- 167 g granulated sugar
- 100 g eggs, beaten
- 2.40 g vanilla
- 159 g chopped pecans
- 281 g all-purpose flour
- 8 g baking soda
- 1.30 g cinnamon
- 0.50 g ground cloves
- 0.80 g salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 F. Grease and flour a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan.
Cream together the butter and sugar. Beat in the eggs. Stir in the vanilla and apple sauce; mix in the chopped pecans.
Mix together the dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture until well blended.
Pour into prepared loaf pan. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool 5-10 minutes before serving.
Makes 20 servings.
